Fall 2009 Cooking Classes

Classes taught by Titina Vuotto, chef de cuisine & author of "Aromas and Flavors of Capri"

Fall 2009 Schedule
Authentic Italian Cooking classes featuring the many regional specialties of Italy!

Classes are held in the evening Monday & Friday at 6 pm. Special arrangements can be made for private classes.

Titina teaches and cooks a complete meal, from appetizer through dessert, at every class. Each rotation consists of five different menus. A student may take one class or register for the entire rotation of Five different menus at a discounted price. The class is hands-on and students may participate. When the meal is ready it is served for all to enjoy. Students may bring wine to drink with the meal. Buon Appetito!
